WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer International shipping at this time.

Please note we are unable ship matches or lighters to Alaska or Hawaii due to shipping restrictions.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to process. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Shrine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been processed through USPS delivery is out of our control.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information which causes a package to be returned, lost, or stolen.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns on any items that are unused and in their original condition/packaging.

To start a return please email us at hi@shopshrine.com with your original order number. Returns must be initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.

If you decide to make a return you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Shrine. Please note that these charges will be deducted from your final refund.

Once your return is received we will process your return and you will be notified via email. If you don't not receive an email with your refund information please email us at hi@shopshrine.com and we will be happy to help.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. Items that are used are not eligible for return.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?

We offer standard USPS shipping within the United States.

Once your order is shipped please allow 2-8 business days (depending on location) for your order to be delivered.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR YOUR CANDLE?

1. TRIM IT : Before each burn trim your wick to 1/4 of an inch before each burn. Trimming your wick extends the life of your candle, prevesnts smoking, provides a clean burn & prevents hazardous flames.

2. BURN IT : Always burn your candle long enough to get an even melt pool across the top of the candle - this is espeically important for the first burn of the candle to avoid tunneling. This should be approximately 3-4 hours. Do not burn your candle for longer than 4 hours at a time.

3. ENJOY THE BURN :)

4. SNUFF IT : Extinguish the candle safely. Once your flame is extinguished make sure the wick is upright and centered.

5. BONUS POINTS! : Reuse or recycle your vessel once it is finished burning.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE?

WAX: We use a unique blend of coconut & apricot wax for a clean and complete burn. A cleaner burn means less particle pollution in your home.

WICK: We use natural cotton braided wicks that are lead and zinc free.

FRAGRANCE: Our candles are made using a blend of natural and synthetic fragrance oils, which allows us to create more complex scent profiles.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ECO-FRIENDLY?

We try to be as environmentally conscious as possible without sacrificing design or quality and are continually searching for cool, sustainable materials to use and ways to improve as we grow.

Our glass vessels can easily be recycled or re-used.

We use Ecovative’s Mushroom Packaging for our signature arch shaped ‘box’, a 100% compostable, alternative to plastic foams. You can pop it straight into your yard or compost bin and it will actually add nutrients back into the soil.

The warning labels on the bottom of our candles are plastic-free & biodegradable. The label itself is made from a plant based material that is sourced in the U.S. and the adhesive and ink are also biodegradable.

We ship plastic-free and all of our shipping materials are recyclable.

Shrine is a non-seasonal candle & home brand based in Los Angeles.

We created Shrine out of our obsession with candles and our desire for a candle brand that felt like more than just an assortment of scents. For us each candle we design is not just a candle but a whole vibe.
