We currently ship to the United States. We do not offer International shipping at this time.
Please note for Alaska and Hawaii shipments : 1) You may experience longer delivery times. 2) We are unable to ship matches or lighters to Alaska & Hawaii due to air shipping restrictions.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to process. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship USPS standard shipping within the United States. Once your package is processed this can take 2-8 days for delivery depending on your location.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shrine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package has been processed through USPS delivery is out of our control.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping information which causes a package to be returned, lost, or stolen.
RETURNS
We accept returns on any items that are unused and in their original condition/packaging. To start a return please email us at hi@shopshrine.com with your original order number.
Returns must initiated and shipped back to us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
As a small business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs and you will be responsible for the shipping cost for your return package.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. Items that are used are not eligible for return.
